1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
- You’ll receive an email notification once the refund has been completed.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your card issuer or payment provider—processing times can vary.

4. Shipping Returns
To return your product, please use the return address we’ll provide after you contact our support team.
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, any original shipping fee may be deducted from your total refund.
5. Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable Items
Certain products cannot be returned or refunded, including:

- Personalized or custom-made items
- Health and hygiene-related products once opened
- Clearance or sale items
6. Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, email support@lovehaven.net with your order number and a description (or photo) of the issue.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

- Photos of the damaged or wrong item
- Your shipping label
